The following Terms and Conditions Apply:

1. The retainer fee is nonrefundable.
2. If Kate Bugeya Photography fails to appear on the above listed date, the retainer shall be refunded to the Client.
3. If Kate Bugeya Photography voluntarily reschedules the session date due to circumstances beyond Kate Bugeya Photography's control (i.e. illness, death, unavoidable weather events, determinded by Kate Bugeya) the retianer remains
non-refundable but transferrable.
4. If client cancels, the retainer fee is then forfeited, non-refundable and non-transferable at that time.
5. Please arrive on time. A specified time is given for each session and will be emailed to the client the week of the mini sessions. Late arrival may result in a shorter portrait session.
6. Kate Bugeya Photography will capture many images during your session, the Client will see only those images carefully selected by the photographer, in the proof gallery that the client will use to select their desired images. Additional images are available for purchase at $20 per image. Each finished image is carefully edited by the photographer to ensure it aligns with the photographer's creative style. No unedited images will be released under any circumstances. Editing is done at the disgression of Kate Bugeya Photography and any additional requests will be billed.
7. Digital High Resolution images from the session will be delivered via email by Kate Bugeya Photography, at this time the duties of the photographer, Kate Bugeya, are fulfilled. The online gallery will be accesible at: www.bugeyaphotography.smugmug.com for 2 weeks, during this time it is the Client's responsibility to download and save the images from the session. Any liability for images lost, damaged, or failure of Kate Bugeya Photography to deliver the images included in the session, shall be limited to return of the Session Fee. Additional images will be billed at $15.00 per digital image.
8. Any issues the Client has with the digital images must me made known to Kate Bugeya Photography within 10 days of receiving the link to download and save the digital images from the above listed portrait session.
9. Kate Bugeya Photography retains copyright to any and all photographs, and hereby grants the Client private printing rights for personal use only.
10. At such time that Kate Bugeya Photography provides the Client with the digital gallery to download images, Kate Bugeya Photography's contractual obligationis fulfilled. Refunds are prohibited and reshoots will be at the discression of the photographer, Kate Bugeya.
11. Client understands and acknowledges that post-session sneak peeks, posted to any social media outlet, are a courtesy. They are not to be re-edited. Client may opt to not have seak peeks posted to social media, and must make Kate Bugeya Photography aware of this prior to the end of the session.
12. The Client shall assume all responsibility for their own safty, the safety of any members of their party, including children and pets. The Client and any person or animal accompanying the Client releases Kate Bugeya Photography from all
claims and liabilities of any kind.

By signing/ authorizing this Portrait Session Agreement, the Client is certifiying
that he/she has had an opportunity to review the Agreement and understands
and agrees to the terms and conditions contained herein.
